  • Hours above 10 hours a week can be discussed with the Admin Team at the Club.
  • Good Friday, Easter Saturday, Easter Sunday and Easter Monday are non – training days however the gymnasts are invited to train an alternative day during the week (either side of the Easter weekend) providing space is available in the class requested.
  • The two weeks over Christmas and New Year period the gym will be closed, this will be 22nd December 2025 and reopening 5th January 2026
  • Bank Holidays – we aim to train on these days however if we do close, we will advise you, but again we will invite gymnasts to train on alternative days (within a week either side of the Bank Holiday).
  • The Club will be closed between 3rd – 17th August 2026 to allow the coaches to take a group annual holiday.
  • Fees are to be paid between the 25th and the last day of the month for the month following, eg 25/12 for January’s fees – 25/1 for February’s fees. Monthly fees are the same every month as the fees are worked out on an average, so please do not alter your fees in December or August.

  • If payment if not made by the 15th (without discussion with the coaching team) your child will not be able to train at the club.
  • All children after their trial period of 2 weeks must join the Club by paying membership and become members of British Gymnastics. You would do this through ‘https://www.british-gymnastics.org/renewal-options’
  • There is a 30 day cancellation notice required after your first month in training.
