- Good Friday, Easter Sunday and Easter Monday are non-training days however the gymnasts are invited to train an alternative day providing space is available in the class they request.
- The Club will be closed between 22/12/2023 – 08/01/2024 for Christmas Holidays.
- Bank Holidays will be on, however, if we need to cancel training due to lack of coaches we will invite gymnasts to train on alternative days.
- Training at the Club is throughout school holidays unless notified upfront by the coaches.
- The Gym will be closed between 11th and 25th August to allow coaches to take a group annual holiday, fees are factored around this throughout the year.
- Fees are to be paid on the 25th of the month before they train (e.g. 25/12 for training in January, 25/1 for training in February) To our bank account, sort code: 30-17-80, account number: 00663459, name: Sherburn Community Gymnastics Club or SCGC
- If payment is not made by the 5th of the month in which they are training there will be a 10% adjustment as a late payment penalty, if you think you are unable to make payments please contact Mandy or Steph and we will discuss options with you so your child doesn’t miss out.
- If your payment is not sent by the 15th of the month (without discussion with the coaching team) your child will not be able to train at the club
- All children after the first month of joining the Club must become member of British Gymnastics. You do this through ‘https://www.british-gymnastics.org/renewal-options’
- There is a 30 day cancellation notice required after your first month in training.
